Tax Administration Training and Taxpayer Education Programme (SERP)

National tax administration reform initiative financed under the World Bank SERP. The assignment includes a nationwide training needs assessment, establishment of a Revenue Academy, curriculum and learning material development, taxpayer education campaigns, Training of Trainers, institutional strengthening, and monitoring and evaluation.
